Loaded Oatmeal Cookies

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 6 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 6 ounches butterscotch morsels
  • 1 cup chopped Heath bars
  • 1 cup walnuts (or pecans)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter, both sugars, cinnamon, eggs, vanilla, baking soda, and salt in mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in flour just until blended. Stir in oats, chips, morsels, chopped Heath bars, and nuts. Use an ice cream scooper to drop on baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown. Cool 1-2 minutes on baking sheet and then move to a wire rack to cool.
