Breakfast Pizza

  • Pizza dough (I make this one.)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 pound Jimmy Dean pork breakfast sausage, cooked and drained

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Work your pizza out on a nonstick pan. Evenly spread the mozzarella cheese over the dough. Whisk the eggs and milk until well blended, and add a dash of salt and pepper to taste. Carefully pour the mixture onto the dough. Top with bacon, sausage, and cheddar cheese. Bake on 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot!
