- Sliced, fresh sourdough bread
- Burrata cheese
- Tomatoes
- Olives (pitted and sliced)
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Basil
- Optional: chopped salami
Directions:
Brush olive oil and sea salt on bread and grill for about two minutes per side. Arrange tomatoes and sliced olives (and optional chopped salami) in a serving bowl around burrata. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle basil on top. Serve with bread!
