Grilled Bread w/ Burrata

  • Sliced, fresh sourdough bread
  • Burrata cheese
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives (pitted and sliced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Basil
  • Optional: chopped salami

Directions:

Brush olive oil and sea salt on bread and grill for about two minutes per side. Arrange tomatoes and sliced olives (and optional chopped salami) in a serving bowl around burrata. Drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle basil on top. Serve with bread!
